About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (CA License PSY29361) who specializes in providing individual therapy to adults of all ages. I earned my Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D). at The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA.

My broad clinical background has allowed me to understand more of the range of human difficulty and resilience. I have been helping clients in therapeutic settings since 2011. I have worked in diverse environments including an outpatient community clinic, a county jail, research settings, the San Francisco VA Hospital, a county mental health department, an inner city middle school, and private practice.

I lived in SF and the East Bay for a combined decade, and although I am virtual only, I maintain strong ties to the Bay Area.

I am passionate about my work and feel truly honored to accompany my clients on their journey of personal growth.  I hold a reverence for the human spirit and psyche, and I bring this appreciation and respect to each person I work with. I put my energy into providing an authentic, warm, engaging, and respectful space.

My experience with meditation, yoga, and being in therapy at different points in my own life all facilitate an ongoing foundation of awareness and empathy, which allows me to attune to myself and also to others. I have personally received therapy in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe that this ongoing inquiry into my own emotions, thoughts, body wisdom, and reactions is critical to being able to understand those aspects in another person.
